Everytime i watch this i knew this was a new era in Jets football, Some games we had the same old Jets momments but he came in and started to talk like a real NFL head coach like WOAH talking about how we are going to be like and how we are going to meet Obama in coupe of years. I love this guys passion for the game i feel he is a better coach than his dad Buddy Ryan *a legend himself* because he relates to his players better than Buddy but Buddy is the master of the BEAR defense. 5-1 BABY!!!

Rex Ryan is the type of coach thats been missing in the NFL for a very long time. I see noting but superbowl on my team's future with him. I am amazed how we played even though we backed into the playoffs *mainly because of the offense* but we showed the Bengals and Chargers were right behind the Colts and not them. I hope we can rank 10th in the league in total offense and if that happens Jets are going be the team to beat

You guys lost against us the first game of the year and beat us the last game of the year, by * yawns * one score. Big deal. In case you haven't noticed, Mangini and his fucking "bend but don't break" philosophy is no more in NY. Ryan is the new sheriff in town. His defense made Pennington and the 'Phins look like a fish out of water in the playoffs. You guys had homefield advantage against the Ravens (like you did back in week 7) and still got beat in convincing fashion (again, like week 7).

(Cont') You got some nerve talking smack when you guys are 18-30 (31, if we add your playoff beatdown) over the course of the last three seasons. We have "no talent"? LOL! You guys don't have a D-tackle as good as Jenkins, corner as good as Revis, or S as good as Rhodes. Now that we got Scott, Leonhard, and Sheppard to add to the mix, what do you think is going to happen to/for the fish/Chad (pick the one you like the most) next year? It certainly won't be a victory, I could tell you that.

i'm a jets fan but when the patriots won i was like... the jets need to lose against the dolphins cuz i fuckin HATE the patriots
the patriots are right now like the chicago bulls of the 90s... they need to stay out of the playoffs for a lonnnnnnnnng lonnnnnnnnnnng time
the jets weren't going anywhere if they won - they would have just given the patriots a ticket to the playoffs

Thank god we have someone smart controlling the team. I am 12 years old and I watched the Jets every week since 2002 season playoffs and now with all the hope we had last year I am so happy that our strongest part of the team is being used with a good head coach.

this guy sounds like he really wants to be here...and if this is really "a dream come true" for him, then we'll be in good shape.
