the movie has not enough action :( the beggining is so boring and the greek code is not solvable for ppl who don't know that greek language these letters are the beggining of the alphabet and are in a lane Α Β Γ Δ Ε Ζ Η thats a too tough code and you also need to know japanese to understand it :( thats why i couldn't solve it i don't know japanese

I don't know Y Detective conan was not big in the U.S. all the detective show that are big here on true tv and shows like Burn Notice. I heard it was because people in the U.S. don't want to see a 10 year old kid getting shot at and going to crime scenes. I have all the U.S. realease episodes and like 6 of the Japan movies and the Live action movie.

I think the language barrier had a lot to do with it too. Afterall, later in the series they introduce the FBI and CIA and make a point to say that they are going past their jurisdiction. But when released in U.S. they made the show take place in the U.S.. I think they realized it was going to be extremely difficult to continue the series when they already did that.... Plus how were they ever going to remake Captured in her Eyes when they changed the names? Not gona to air in Subtitles. so...

actually gosho aoyama the creator of detective conan said tht it will be 20 season and we are still at the eighteenth and every season I guess it's only 20-40 episode so till 2011 there's no more detective conan which I feel sad about it cuz I'm the biggest fan of the anime...XD

Chaser is an English word, right? Why is it in kanji? It's the same with "full score"...

it's in kanji so japanese can understand it. Like the original word for it.

Since "Chaser" is the english translation of the word and that the people who wrote the title wanted to keep the word ("chaser") as it is, they decided to leave the way of saying "chaser" and write the kanji (original word) for it, but wrote the katakana spelling just above the kanji so the viewers can indicate that the way to say that part of the title is "chaser"

Sometime around October-December. We'll have to wait for the DVD to release then we'll get the unsubbed version. Usually take a week or two for putting up english subs. Chinese and Arabics subs usually comes out earlier, maybe around 3 days to a week

EVERY Movie is written by Gosho Aoyama, the plot and such, everything. There's no way it's gonna end here, the manga is not even halfway there and it's kinda stupid to spoil the ending with a movie and then go back to the manga. I think the part where Gin shoots Conan is a dream, but the shooting on the police is real. It's just really well cut so it looks like Conan's dying.
