@MrOldSchoolPvp I don't use much, I prefer to keep it simple. The only addons I use are Quartz (casting bars), cooldowns (shows cooldown counters on spell icons), Deadly Boss Mods, Decursive, and recount! Everything else can be moved around as I have it within WoW and WoW interface options alone.

@juicyj2781 Actually during the very start of the video shannox is below 30%. That is just the intro. The actual encounter doesn't start until shortly before the intro music stops. Sorry for the confusion! :D
