The Germans lasted a good 6 months of encirclement when they were outnumbered 6 to 1 at Stalingrad. The British lasted a couple days of japs arrival to Singapore, and there was 4 times less japs than british....120,000 surrendered

He means when you get shown how to do something, you're not gonna be grilled for not being perfect. That's the whole point of a teaching, and thusly a training process. Just don't be a div.

@rickaby12 Different things youcan get shouted at for others they may not need to and can calmly tealk you through it. Its not always neccessary to shout. You will see them shout at recruits and push them to the limit untill their bodies ache and they cant even make a single push-up, this is all preparation for battle, if he gets somehing wrong that is common and aceptable then they may not need to shout. If you forget to turn safety on rifl off when not in combat then they may get shouted at :)
