i tried the Argon oil shampoo n conditioner but it dried my hair out sooo badly. i didnt like it for my hair. but i did get a sample of the Argon Oil, i will have to see how my hair takes it. its been a while since i wore my hair curly...so maybe my hair just doesnt wanna act right anymore. :(

You may want to be careful with applying heat because curly hair that doesn't curl (the ends in particular) is a sign of heat damage which will lessen your hair length retention, and slow down your hair growth journey.

I really liked this video, I also have curly hair and I use the bonnet but I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT! My curls are smooshed in the morning so I'm going to get a satin pillowcase instead and try the pineapple method, taren916 is great to watch also

My hair wasn't 'shedding' persay but when I wash it an comb it while its wet a lot of hair was coming out...its normal for hair to come out but it was too much .I wash my hair every two weeks....sooo I started using mane n tail conditioner an leave it on...an this week I notice a HUGE difference In how much hair comes out when I comb it wet

tif, would you consider trying some twist outs or use curling rods or maybe even those bantu knot outs? caz im thinking you must get lots of knots and that contributes to your shedding. Also, using products everyday can lead to product build up...just a suggestion:)

@13pinkpower ive been on my hair journey for over a year. its okay to straighten it at least once a month with a heat protectant :] you can use indirect heat to get a straight style thought. you can roller set your hair :]
