@Frostbite1101 : download the "dx8vb.dll" first, copy .dll to system32. then open cmd right click "run as administrator" type this on cmd "regsvr32 dx8vb.dll"

And you have it wrong... for 64-bit you place the dll in the SysWOW64 folder then you open cmdprompt and type regsvr D:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\dx8vb.dll OR you will type C:\ instead of D:\ if you use you C: drive for everything

@thengclan what do you mean? You must download dx8vb.dll from the link on the description and place it on System 32 folder, which is located on Windows folder.

@stevenkelly1000 Download Camhack put it in GTASA then download dx8vb.dll then put it in SysWOW64 or 62 then go into cmd as a adminastrator then type regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\dx8vb.dll POW it should then work. If it doesnt then i dunno! Hopefully it works because it worked for me! AFTER MONTHS OF TRYING ITS FINALLY FIXED YEESSS
