this doesnt look quite right to me, shouldn't he be stretching backwards with his upper torso more rather than just moving the arms? Or are you supposed to keep your torso still? I do like the way he uses his hips though, that's good technique i think, can anyone confirm?
I noticed when doing pull overs on a flat bench (as he is doing with the hips out) my back would still arch. Since I do not like to have improper form, I used less weight - but then it wouldn't work hard enough for me.
I tried it on a decline bench, with more weight, keeping my core tight. I've never been so sore in the lower-pec and lats area. Great exercise :)

good exercise fo sho. However, I like to stop the dumbbell when it is in line with my forehead, so that the tension is constant.
