I absolutely love card magic and practice it myself. Michael Vincent you are superb. Such an elegant card handler. Wow if only one day I could be half the magician you are.
yeh this mans old school mahic is awesome and classic and the smoothest ive ever seen and he makes nice eye contact lol to keep u away from his hands with also helps and hes friendly and well spoken and liked. A underated magician in my opinion.
@Shakutau The ace production is Earl Nelson's Sleeve Aces from the book Variations, Aces Off The Cuff in Card College Vol 2 was partially based on this.
Beautiful, just beautiful. Especially the first production on the four aces. The first time I saw it was on the Pen and Teller "Fool Us" TV show, and I thought to myself, I just had to learn it.
Michael, if you're still here, could you PM me the name of the production, so I can track it down and learn it?
@Shakutau no problem, if you ever read it you'll notice the ending doesnt make sense in the original, MV's ending is much more economical. Thats what MV's really good at really and it shows on his DVDs: adjustments to already published tricks that make them even better.
Michael Vincent is a magical genius, I've had the wonderful pleasure of meeting him and he's just so smooth, everything he does is done with confidence.
Beautiful....this is a variation on Brother John Hamman's "The Signed Card" which was published in numerous places, most notably "The Secrets of Brother John Hamman" by Richard Kaufman. I especially like how he has eliminated the opening sequence by leading into it with the Ace Production which provides a more logical lead in to the original routine. Bravo!
I couldn't understand the first part. he shows the 10 of hearts and then puts it on the top of the other half of the pack just before he uses that half to flip the other half over to show the 2. When he puts it on the top, he dumps the ten of hearts on the top, leaving an ace at the face of the pile . It didn't look magical at all when he now "changed" it to the ace?? Can someone explain this bit of the trick to me?

ok ready? im gunna be "that guy"...ahem......THIS FUCKING SUCKS DONT ALL YOU PEOPLE KNOW ITS MAGIC AND ITS NOT REAL? FUCKING RETARDS! GET A JOB AND GET OFF YOUR MOMS COUCH YA 10 YEAR OLDS! no but seriously that was cool
It's to give them encouragement. Going up in front of a group of strangers when you don't know what's going to happen can be quite daunting. If everyone booed the spectator than no one would want to do it.
ive spent the last year trying to find the exact right handling to do a trick where you tell the spectator you will find there card before its ever been picked and this routine helped me a lot

When I say explain it, don't say how it was done, but why it was magical, given what I said.
