Excellent clip. I'm a fan of Fukasaku since watching his 'Battle Without Honour Or Humanity' series. I'm looking to buy 'Swords of Vengeance' and 'Shogun Samurai' on DVD, anybody know of a store that delivers to Australia?

The 47 Ako's warriors rest peacefully at Sengaku temple in Takanawa. They waited patiently for years to avenge the death of their master. This movie showcased the aspects of the samurai's spirit: Loyalty, Pride, Honor, and unconditional Devotion. Do these characteristics still exist today? Perhaps, to a certain extent they have been diluted by materialism and western influences. On a glorious night these warriors fulfilled their destiny. They Lived Bravely and they died Beautifully.
