However, considering a witness saw someone in that window and another witness saw a rifle sticking from that window, some researchers have speculated that the first shot was a diversionary shot which purposely missed the limo and hit the curb. If Oswald shot Kennedy when he driving towards Elm, all eyes would have already been looking in his direction and multiple people with videos and cameras likely would have caught him.

However, I think the more common sense explanation is that while the limo was on Elm, four cops and nine Secret Service agents were facing the Depository, and firing then would have drawn even more attention to his position.

this shot is impossible. jfk was shot in the back of the head from the left. evidence can be shown from kennedy's head itself. basically, the back of his head has almost no damage, while the front right it blown to bits (thats the best way to describe it). a sniper billet always leaves the most damage on exit which has to mean that the shot came from the back left. also, many witnesses heard shots from behind a pocket fence on (i believe) the grassy knolls (correct me if im wrong)

Oswald's "view" at the time of the shooting was probably a few tables and chairs, a blank wall and a Coke machine...he was in the TSBD canteen on the second floor when Kennedy was shot. He was found there about a minute later, not out of breath or sweating, but quite calm and relaxed.

However, I think the more common sense explanation is that while the limo was on Elm, four cops and nine Secret Service agents were facing the Depository, and firing then would have drawn even more attention to his position.

it was obivously the driver William Greer who killed him look at the zaparuder film and it plainly seen. The driver turns around aims and fires while after jackie tries to get out of the car. if there were shots comming from out side the car why would someone try to get out. You will see a video that claims this but if you look closely hes using a different frame when he zooms in. in the actual footage u can see the barrel sticking ou at least 2 inches from the passengers head.

I'll support theories when there is credible evidence to support them.
However, when people abandon common sense and logic in the pursuit of a theory that's based on accusations alone, I'll be critical of those who propose it.

@patduch636 there where multiple pictures of oswald with the same gun found at the crime seems, special markings and all, oswald shot jfk, by himself, there was no grassy knoll, no cuban crouched behind a fence, or a team of people that killed jfk and framed oswald, get over it, it happened how it happened

Oswald was a twit who had spent his whole life seeking a name for himself, and finally thought that he could become someone great or at least well known by shooting the president. And that's just what he did. He was notorious for having eccentric and violent ideas amongst his family, associates, and peers in the military, and had actually tried to kill Maj. Gen. Edwin Walker just a few months before he killed President Kennedy.
He was, simply put, insane.

Looking through the scope of the government's phony rifle, I could not see the foot of the bridge at the spot where James Tague said a bullet hit the curb next to him and injured his face. Only 3 shots fired? That's more amazing !!

Makes you wonder why you don't take the easier shots when he's coming at him and making the turn. Not only are the shots easier, but if you miss, you have more time to get off more shots.

this shot is impossible. jfk was shot in the back of the head from the left. evidence can be shown from kennedy's head itself. basically, the back of his head has almost no damage, while the front right it blown to bits (thats the best way to describe it). a sniper billet always leaves the most damage on exit which has to mean that the shot came from the back left. also, many witnesses heard shots from behind a pocket fence on (i believe) the grassy knolls (correct me if im wrong)

@xXguitardude9Xx Kennedy slumped to the left after he was hit by the first shot. That would mean that the headshot could have entered the right side at a very sharp angle and so also caused the exit wound on the right side

Oswald's "view" at the time of the shooting was probably a few tables and chairs, a blank wall and a Coke machine...he was in the TSBD canteen on the second floor when Kennedy was shot. He was found there about a minute later, not out of breath or sweating, but quite calm and relaxed.
