Beyonce is a versatile artist that mostly sings pop and hip-hop and contemporary r&b. If you want her soulful music , check on her cover of barbra streisand's the way we were or etta james' at last. Of course you are going to say the performances are not soulful. But at least Barbra Streisand and even Obama considered them wonderful.
