Frank Welker also voiced Soundwave in TF, and in a couple of goof they didn't use the synthesizer for his voice which without it made him sound like Dr. Claw.

I don't really think Scoolex (from the first live action) IS Dr. Claw. Well for one there wasn't even a note that he converts into that persona. The only time Dr. Claw was EVER said by name was at the sequel and you can only barely see his face. Sometimes the eyes and sometimes the mouth. The rest is obscured by his back, hat, and/or shadow.

Regarding M.A.D., I suspect it's the initials of Dr. Claw's full name, and Dr. Claw is just a code name (or the other way around). This gives Dr. Claw leeway to make purchases like Dracula's castle, without the real estate agents knowing that they're helping out Dr. Claw. Sure, this theory has a few loopholes, so do many things in the series, as James gently pointed out. :-)

Say for example your watching a cartoon, one character shows another character a picture. Then one says "she looks weird" and the other responds saying: "well she is a cartoon" since their both cartoons that would be breaking the forth wall.

Another way to put "breaking the forth wall" is if a cartoon character acknowledges that he/she is in a cartoon .
