Any goalie making a save does not constitute a change of possession. Only when the goalie has the puck IN his glove or covered does possession change hands.

Hull redirected the Lehtinen shot, which Hasek saved but did not gain possession. Then Hull kicked the puck from skate to stick and put it by Hasek. Yes, his skate was in the crease, BUT Hull had possession of the puck the entire sequence.

That stupid rule basically says that any player with possession of the puck is allowed in the crease.

Number 3 is not a goal because there was a rule at the time that was saying that you could'nt score with a skate in the golatender blue circle. This rule does not exists anymore but at the time this goal was no good, it would be good today.
