  • Could you maybe label videos like this with 'The aftermath of...' Please?

  • I coulda sworn i saw a green anarchy flag. All this just because the museum put up uavs on display? Its fuckin funny but still who cares its just a display its not going to hurt anybody

  • YAWN.

  • Remember that pepper spray huts less than Bullets!

  • LMAO!! They Should of Used Flame Throwers on those communist pieces of shits!!!! Kudos to those guards for standing their ground!!!

  • @1:19 i can clearly see an anarchy flag proudly waving....you want me to support this?

  • This museum is a place of national pride. There is absolutely no reason why these individuals should have been attempting to occupy the National Air & Space Museum, and they got what they deserve.

  • @sanforce

The place of exhibition of killer drones is a place of national pride? The unmanned drones that have killed hundreds of innocent civilians define your national pride?

  • @waqasusmans Excuse me, but the "drone" section of this museum is very small in comparison the all of the other major space/aviation successes displayed. Additionally, this museum does not use these drones, they simply display them as part of our aviation history. Like it or not, they are now part of our aviation history and thus have earned their spot at the museum. If people want to protest drones, they should direct their energy towards the policy makers & the military, elsewhere within DC.

  • @sanforce

Agreed, they should direct their energy towards the policy makers, but we supposedly live in a democracy and if sheeple don't know what their leaders are doing, that's a problem. Any way, the majority is opposed to the wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and so on, majority opposes tax cuts for super-rich, majority opposes corporate tax loopholes that end up with BoA, Exxon etc paying less tax than someone earning $10,000/yr, majority supports social services, but the rich buy politicians

  • @waqasusmans Sure, I agree that the premise of the occupy protests have merit. I personally don't understand how the banking system could act so irresponsibly, and then get rewarded for it with tax payer money. But attempting to occupy the National Air Space Museum shows how disorganized these "all encompassing" protest are. It would have been a huge shame if this group would have gotten inside and ended up damaging some of our defining aviation achievements. So, I support the pepper spray.

  • @sanforce

It's not just about the banking system, it's "the machine," the banksters, media (GE, NBC, Fox, CNN) and the military industrial imperialist complex on one team.

So the German people should not have stopped their leaders when they were busy killing innocent people, they should not have tried to protest at a museum displaying killing machines, the pride of German technology, and that the Nazi guards should have pepper-sprayed anyone who protested the murder of innocent civilians.

  • @waqasusmans It's a good thing that the Allied forces were capable of stopping the Axis on all fronts. Who knows where we would be today without our good ol' industrial war machine.

  • @sanforce

Which Axis are you talking about? The US-armed Saddam or the US-armed Mujahideen of Afghanistan? Rumsfeld went to Iraq to deliver weapons to saddam in 1980s, CIA was directly working with Pakistan to fund, arm and train Afghan Mujahideen throughout 80s. Then Gaddafi was armed after 2000, now other Libyan thugs being supported, funded and armed by US and Europe, their names were on terror list a few months ago. These are facts, read the history, look up the documents, videos and photos.

  • @waqasusmans I was referring to the WW2 Axis powers (Germany, Japan, Italy), just like you decided to do when you originally digressed to "the German people". Our industrial war machine proved it's worth in that war, and has lived on due to the need for a strong global military presence. War has always been a part of state interaction/conflict, and I am glad that we operate the most capable military in the world. Part of that capability means deploying state of the art weapon systems (drones).

  • @sanforce

Did you know that the US knew of the Pearl Harbor attack but wanted to use it as an excuse? Did you know that it were the Russians who beat the Germans, not the Americans? Did you know that 18 million Russians died at the hands of Germans? Did you know that the "Axis" warned about sending armaments and that the US still sent weapons in Lusitania to get into the war so that it could join the money-making war?

War is a racket. Public money is used for killing machines on all sides.

  • @sanforce

I referred to the Germans coz they did not question the nation's pride (just like you didn't want to protest at a museum, a place of "national pride").

    Nazi propagandist Hermann Goering:

"Why of course the people don't want war. Why should some poor slob want to risk his life in a war when the best he can get out of it is to come back in one piece? Naturally the common people don't want war: neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. (contd

  • @sanforce

(contd) But, after all, it is the leaders of the country to decide policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, be it a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are under attack and denounce peacemakers for exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country . . ."

  • @waqasusmans You are an idiot if you think the rich are paying less than someone who makes 10 grand a year. My 72 year old father who has worked all his life for what he has, forked over 120,000 to the IRS last year. What did you pay ?

  • @michael32768

You can use adhominem attacks, I won't call you an idiot, I would just call you an ignorant person.

Do you know what percentage the millionaires and billionaires pay? If a 10 million income guy pays 1%, he paid 1 million. If a $60k income guy pays 30%, he paid $18k. Who paid more tax? The one who paid 1% or the one who paid 30%?

120k tax is meaning, what was the percentage?

  • @waqasusmansMy father only made around 500,00 and paid around 120,000 to the IRS. You need to look at a tax table . It is sad that the senior citizens of this country are demonized for working all their lives and yes now they are rich . Some who worked from a young age , went hungry for many years at a time without social sevices to fall back on .And now these seniors have employed many people and made many others rich.Who's paying 1% of their income to the IRS. I'm ignorant?

  • @michael32768

Then your Dad still is making a lot but he isn't among the top of the top. 380k income isn't something to complaint about. Those who make $36k or $70 for family or 4 are really screwed.

BoA paid zero federal tax in 2010, I think GE and BoA paid zero in 2009 as well, that's less than 1%. BoA even got a refund of $1 billion.

If you look at the social security deductions, the super rich only pay social security up to $107k income, anything above that is not charged one penny.

  • @waqasusmans I don't agree with companies not paying taxes . 10% of the people are paying 70% of taxes collected. Can you guess who these 10% are .

  • @michael32768

Are you saying that it's not true that BoA paid zero tax?

What is the tax rate for those 10% people? How much wealth do they have? And they are still complaining?

Look at the graph of income of the top 1% or 5% vs median income (only one went up over 30 years). Look at the ratio of CEO salary vs average worker salary (in US it's 300:1 or 475:1, ).

The top 1% of the US owns 40% of the wealth of the country. The bottom 80% owns around 20%. Look it up, google is your friend.

  • @waqasusmans No, did you read my last comment. I said I don't agree that some corps are not paying taxes. The rich 10% pay 70% of the collected FIT .

  • @michael32768

Again, what rate did the rich 10% pay?

Dude sorry to say but you are ignorant. BoA paid billions in bonuses to the crooks who brought down the system, in the end they declared a loss in 2010, and got a huge tax refund. That is accurately stated as "did not pay any tax."

If you are ok with 15% of Americans sleeping hungry while top 1% hold 40% of the wealth, then I don't have any argument with you. These are facts, not theories. If you close your eyes, facts do not disappear.

  • @waqasusmans Do you think these rich senior citizens that you demonize ever went hungry. You may be surprised how hard these seniors worked to get where they are today. What do you have against senior citizenswho worked all their lives.

  • @michael32768

There are 50-80 year old Americans sleeping hungry and left without healthcare, why don't you and your beloved top 10% earners stand up for them? Or would you rather have a few more zeros at the end of your account balance than to pay for someone else's food or health care? I don't demonize the hard workers, I demonize those who earn 475 times the average worker. Earning $70 million a year is no hard work. i.e. you're earning more in a day than the average worker earns in a year.

  • @waqasusmans I'm poor . But I will go hungry before I'll ask anyone to pay for my health care or food clothing etc. . Without these top earners , without the backbone, this country would have way more trouble than we have now. Are you aware that there are millions around the world who are starving and will never see a doctor their whole life . It's still quite a luxury to live here in the states. The amount of charity provided by the rich is astronomical.

  • @waqasusmans So I guess you think socialism works well for the people?

  • @michael32768

14.6% families in the US have low food security or VERY low food security. Among families with children, 22% have low or very low food security. Banksters got $16 trillion from Fed (recent audit shows that, no explanation for why what was given to the various corporation). Banksters flew in jets to receive bailout money. GM got billions in bailout, closed plants in US, opened one in St. Petersburgh, they were barely 2 weeks apart.

Capitalism for profits. We all chip in for losses.

  • @waqasusmans I don't agree with bailing out the banks or any company. I belive if a company fails , let them fail. That's capitalism.

  • Communists pissed off at Obama. How Ironic.

  • Great pepper spray shot, good work security guard. You should of used the rubber bullets too.

  • By all means protest in the street or in front of a museum,Going inside with signs and large objects ,backpacks pose a satey issue for people in a clossed building.

  • @factsofflorida I'm wondering if they had all lined up peacefully if they would have been let in to protest.

  • Where's the video of everyone being pepper sprayed? Did everyone only turn on their cameras after they were pepper sprayed? How about showing us when you all tried to enter? Shame on you all for not showing the entire protest.

  • @Timasu I only arrived in position to record after the spraying had taken place. I was not at the front of the march. The video description also says that this shows the events after the spraying.

  • @endtheillusion Well, it's hard to say what happened besides your comments? So, it's not clear at all that the pepper spraying was indiscriminate? Could have been, but your video doesn't confirm it.

  • Don't forget to mention that these "peaceful" protesters attacked a security guard and pinned him to the wall just before they were pepper-sprayed. In addition, their protest was permitted outside the museum, entering the museum to protest was illegal on their part. They are luck they were not all arrested.

  • @jbear0000 "Pinned". What is "peaceful" when the mere sight of police sends them scurrying like rabbits? I didn't see any sentiments of violence, or near violence; yet the very thing they are protesting is wanton automated killing. How hypocritical. Illegal is a relative term, it isn't "illegal" to kill Americans but it is illegal to protest this act? Bullshit. The law and justice are two almost entirely unrelated things. You're lucky you live in a free country. Well, relatively free.. nothx2u

  • @PhilistinesReadBooks The people that are the targets of the "wanton automated killing" as you call it, are terrorists. They are people that want to kill everyone who does not hold to the same beliefs as they do. If we can take them out and not place our soldiers in danger, what is the problem with that? The bombing is not automatic, it is planned, coordinated and controlled by the military. If we did not have unmanned aircraft we would still be bombing, but at the risk of a pilot's life.

  • @jbear0000

Who defines what a terrorist is? Now the President has the authority to declare YOU a terrorist and order your assassination or detention indefinitely without any proof, without any charges filed. Would you like protesters to be pepper-sprayed if they are protesting your death by a drone? Ooops, I forgot that they won't fire a drone that might kill Americans, they only use that in colored peoples' countries where blood is cheap. Shame on the supporters of mass-murder, shame on Nazis

  • @jbear0000

"They are people that want to kill everyone who does not hold to the same beliefs as they do."

There were no terrorists in Iraq and the Iraqi people nor the Iraqi government posed any threat to the US but there were people in the US who wanted to kill those Iraqis who did not hold the same beliefs as they did. More than 1 million Iraqis are dead thanks to drones, helicopters and other killing machines proudly displayed at the museum. BTW Rumsfeld and Reagan gave Saddam weapons in 80s

  • @waqasusmans Don't believe the liberal media. There is a lot that happened over there that you have no idea about. Sure the average Iraqi citizen is not a threat and it is a shame that there were citizens killed in the war. But if we did not intervene and Saddam was still in charge many more of them would have died under him. The 1 million deaths you mention is just one opinion. Almost everyone else says it is around 100k-150k. Once again, don't believe the liberal media, they like to lie to you

  • @jbear0000

100k-150k is something to be proud of? More than half the Iraqis are either displaced or dead or disabled.Rightwing media didn't tell you that your terrorist friends Reagan, Rumsfeld, Bush etc gave Saddam those weapons that he used to kill his own people? The Iraqi government did not pose a threat to the US either. Do you think Libyans have the right to kill a large %age of Americans to remove Obama because otherwise Obama would kill more Libyans? Shame on your hypocrisy

  • @waqasusmans I read your first sentence and stopped reading, I don't need to hear more of what you have to say. I am not proud civilians were killed in the war. But the country has been freed from an evil dictator that was murdering them and who, believe it or not was amassing nuclear weapons. The weapons were relocated to Syria shortly before the US invasion. Like I said, don't believe the liberal media.

  • @jbear0000

Fact: Saddam was supported by Rumsfeld, Bush, Reagan, what part of that do you refuse to acknowledge and why?

The "liberal media" supported Saddam back then, they supported Hosni Mubarak (another Saddam) who was armed with US killing machines, paid for by US taxpayers, our liberal media supports Israeli war criminals, it supports Bahrain's murderers who have convicted Doctors who treated the victims.

Now you wanted Saddam out at the cost of murder of 1 million (or 150k) Iraqis?

  • @jbear0000 You are delusional, Saddam Hussein was a paid CIA operative, so was Osama Bin Laden. America has a long history of supporting brutal Arab dictators, Saddam was once our ally. Did Saddam's local tyranny warrant the 350000 tons of depleted uranium we littered across the country? The Liberal Media? It sounds you've drank enough coolaid for the lot of us. You've heard the saying that the truth has a liberal bias? I hope? Do you follow Jesus? Is this what he advocated? I don't think so.

  • @jbear0000 Terrorist is a relative term and you should learn to strike it from your vocabulary. By the army's definition it is the use or threat of force for political or military gains. America is the world's leading terrorist state, our government MURDERS without trial, American citizens. If you care about the constitution, liberty and freedom, I suggest you curtail your fervor. As long as you proclaim anyone you want a terrorist and murder them without a trial, I will consider you a tyrant.

  • @PhilistinesReadBooks You are crazy. I am done reading what you have to say so don't bother replying anymore, I have no desire to read further comments from a madman.

  • @jbear0000 "You are crazy" is by no means a valid rebuttal of any argument. Your desire to end this debate without positing ANY information beside your insistence that I am a "madman" is quite indicative toward a lack of any factual basis you have for your outspoken beliefs. You lose, you may now continue with your tyrannically backed insolence.

  • @jbear0000

What is the source of your accusation that they "attacked" a security guard? If they did attack a security guard, the guards surely have CCTV footage of it, why don't they show it? Why don't you shut up and support those who are protesting the murder of innocent civilians? Or will you only oppose drones when your family is killed by one?

  • I work there teaching children, and the majority of the visitors this time of the year are tourists and their families from out of state and out of country. when we were forced to close the museum because of there being a safety issue, families were VERY VERY upset. I hope your happy because if you really did care about america's wartime industrial machine complex, you would have chosen the pentagon or something. Not the non-profit educational history museum.

  • @ndu192 Aww, a few privileged vacationers were upset! Oh no, good thing they aren't poor Muslims because they could be targets of drone strikes. Oh wait, we do that to American citizens now too. I am not happy that very little was accomplished with this protest, maybe national awareness to resistance, but this action was noticeably pretty weak. BTW, it's "you're", teach the children right. You're right in stating they should have chosen a more distinguishable facet of the tyranny to protest.

  • @ndu192 Boo Hoo. You didn't get the opportunity to propagandize by glorifying the predator drone program to young children and their families. For a couple hours! Now you can go back to brainwashing tourists from middle America about how great it is to murder other people's children with flying robots. Congrats.

  • I don't feel bad for them at all. They were there to cause problems and to intentionally DAMAGE some of our history. If pepper spray is what would stop them then pepper spray was the right way to go. We don't want to lose our history and not be able to show this to coming generations. These people hate america and wat the government to give everything to them but if the government gives everthing to them then it takes away from the people who earn it.

  • @CheerTumblingGal I don't know about damaging history! Was that their goal? Beside that, there is no way they can damage history more than the government in its blatant deceit. We are lied to left and right, and you are concerned about a corporate sponsored exhibit that glorifies bombing defenseless foreigners? America does "suck" in many ways, many, many people "hate" it. Now, how do these people get money from the government if the government doesn't take it from earners? The problem is theGov

  • If someone off the street tries to assault you with a can of pepper spray you have an absolute right to defend yourself, even if that means shooting them dead.

Eventually people will realise that individuals in fancy dress uniforms DON'T get a free pass to assault anyone they please.

  • I've got it... in order for the 'POLICE' to leave protesters alone you must all carry or wear teabags on your person... MY GAWD wTH these cops are out of line!!!!!
