I wish for Elena to love Damon because Stefan doesn't deserve love. Damon is a character that was messed with when he was human, forced to be a vampire, & consumed by a darkness forced on him. He never meant to be evil, it's what happened to him. All the darkness Stefan contained was gained by his own doing. I hate how in literature that "bad guy" who never had a choice is never given a chance. It's always the "good guy" who always had it good & had control that get the girl.

Damon and Stefan would probably fight and Stefan would look sad and it would break everybody's hearts but it would make a really good storyline for a few episodes :)
