A band i used to play in , the lead singer smoked and progressively sounded worse over a short period of time.

GNR = best rock n' roll band ever. Slash makes playing the guitar look so effortless. Like some guitarists - aka Eddie Van Halen (he was good too), Slash didn't have to stare at the strings and make contorted faces while he played. Although some of that could be attributed to the fact that Slash's face was usually blocked by hair. Come back GNR, please come back!
