great video, I was wondering if you would give your opinion on another ticket fighting strategy posted on youtube, I can't put a link in but if you search for 'coreyeib' you will see his videos. I think he has a video on parking tickets and on appearing without entering a plea. I don't understand the parking ticket video with contracts and everything but his video on appearing without entering a plea is very interesting. Do you think it is a scam? Thank you

I got a Cell phone ticket not to long ago, from CHP. He was a total JERK!!! The whole time he stood there writing me up, he was fiddling with his taser switch, swiveling it around, clicking it on and off safety making it clear he had a weapon.

When I asked for his badge number he denied me.

The Police are in it for the money not our safety!!!! DO not let them fool you its a business!!! PIGS are just high school grads who couldnt do anything else, and like to bully people!!!

No laws here...codes and statutes have the color of law but not law. All laws evolve from the US Constitution not corporate states. ALL DMVS are there to separate you from your money. A lot of what they do is unconstitutional. Cops are armed ticket maids. Their job is to collect money for the courts. I would prefer to cary a gun and dismiss all cops: There are too many thugs and criminals in their ranks. Their unions protect them. And of course a cop doesn't rat on another cop.

I love this video and thank you. I live in New Jersey (Sea Bright) where the cops don't have nothing to do besides give tickets. I receive a citaition for a cell phone and was not even on the phone. I went to court to fight this in court and as of today I a stil fighting this F****** ticket.. I have no respect for these cops or as you say PIGS here....NONE SCREW THEM.......I will always fight my tickets ....

The problem with this is that average working-class people don't have the TIME to show up to all the different appearances, arraignments, and court dates involved in fighting a ticket. It ends up being cheaper to pay the $156 online versus using the vacation time, if you can even do that with your job.

I just got a cell phone ticket here in Los Angeles. I got off the phone as soon as I merged onto the freeway and saw the CHP. I asked the officer how long he's been an officer for the CHP, he said 8 months. F'n rookie and he seemed like it. Tell me how it is that this CHP officer can use his radio, computer terminal and all the required gear while driving, yet he's considered less a hazard than I am??? I haven't had an accident in 10 yrs, with a phone. You're right, we do live in a police state.

California is the worst place to be for any ticket in the United States. I saw at least 7 different cops talking on the phone while driving. How the fuck are they are they allowed to talk to their wife's and kids , because I no they are not talking to there superiors, and we can't ? I got a ticket for the 1st time ever for talking on a phone. The pigs will lie to you and tell you that its $26 for first the first violation. Bullshit ! Beware! i had a court date for a ticket on a friday, they are closed now on fridays, but their paperwork still says their open. Anyways, so i waited until monday, but it was columbus day, so they were off, so i went home. Just payed the ticket a few days later through mail. I hope the don't put a fucking warrant out for me

Eventually there will be nothing you can do without breaking a law. I would say we're close to that point now. It's become a ponzi scheme.
