@smoney024 all of the Si's are loaded, stitched cloth seats (red) premium sound, amber orangish red colored gauges, leather wrapped steering wheel, the only thing missing is the navi, which is 2,000 extra, but you can buy a GPS for 200 bucks so yeah.

i love vtecs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....­orgasmic sound from 6000 rpm....i do that almost everytime when i go to work

-i know si have a history of troublesome gearboxes (if u ride them too hard) but by god i love my car

why do all the civic drivers always say vtec wats so special about them that real car drivers dont see alls i kno is its somtin about savin fuel

vtec is the engine's ability to switch from single cam to duel cam. It happens at 6000 rpm and produces a screaming sound that is like music to car enthusiasts. The point of it is to give an extra boost of torque at high rpms. You can hear it whenever he gets to 6 thousand rpm. Saving gas is the last thing you think about when you think vtec, although it does save gas by only using half the valves when under 6000 rpm.

@ruunit thats actually wrong, both cams are always working. vtec allows the cams to switch to a second set of lobes which changes the timing of the intake and exhast valves allowing the engine to make better power at high rpms. i could go into more detail but it becomes more complicated.
