  • I'm skinny and have started gaining muscles working out and most of my abs workout are like the ones you do. But I still have issues with my body fat. I know it has a lot to do with the food you eat. Please share us your diet or do you have one video posted on youtube already? Thanks! My husband is getting more in shape and I have to keep up LOL

  • @phamznparke Before following any diets, you have to consult with a doctor and/or a nutritionist. Usually you cut off saturated fat & trans fat first. Eat 10g of o-mega three fats everyday, & do cardio everyday [ run, jog, etc...]. Running is the best to get rid of those fat.

  • @allae258 i been doing the same thing as you been about a year now. And I see big difference. diet is 80% of the battle. the rest is workout maybe your working out wrong. what do you do and how many reps and sets? and how clean is your form and how is your speed

  • shit man, I wish I had that Brandon Carter as my gym partner. Im 26 now and my body is exactly like carters NATURALLY! although his slightly more built. I have no one to go gym with When I go gym myself, its not motvating and I become lazy very quickly. And all my friends are flipping lazy too. I just wish I can get my body like this guy. I just cant do exercise alone, it gets too boring and hard without copying a partner.

  • @oooohiful just because you have a lot of veins doesn't mean you use roids, it means you don't have that much fat on you. have you ever seen a fat dude with a lot of veins?

  • it seems that most of what he was doing was lifting less weight but a lot slower which in essence is much better for you than lifting super heavy weight, so for all you people out there who read this, you just got a little bit smart XD
