I'm skinny and have started gaining muscles working out and most of my abs workout are like the ones you do. But I still have issues with my body fat. I know it has a lot to do with the food you eat. Please share us your diet or do you have one video posted on youtube already? Thanks! My husband is getting more in shape and I have to keep up LOL
@phamznparke Before following any diets, you have to consult with a doctor and/or a nutritionist. Usually you cut off saturated fat & trans fat first. Eat 10g of o-mega three fats everyday, & do cardio everyday [ run, jog, etc...]. Running is the best to get rid of those fat.
