The SF series should have not stuck onto the battlenetwork gameplay base It made me sad just using 3 panels and using such a simple custom system... It made me cry how unoriginal and easy it was causing me to return to the BattleNetwork at least he can move everywhere and combo up some chips. Who do think would win EXE or SF and whatabout Bass vs Rouge and Roll or HarpNote why would that charater win?

No. This game is really good. People hate it because of A) They're butt hurt that EXE is over. B) They're are drunk on nostalgia. And C) They hate change. I was reluctant at first to try the first SSR/SF game but played it anyways. A I find it to be a good game. I won't deny EXE is better, but SSR is still good.

Same opinion here, man. EXE is over, like it or not. I didn't wanna try it, but ended up getting obssesed with it as well. Depending on this one, I might like it more than EXE itself.

Let me just tell you from experience. This game is on par with EXE 2 & 3 and it blows the previous SSR games out of the water. So there is a possible chance you might.

Yea i used to have that same feeling like when SF1 came out I was like aw man no more EXE =/ But I got over it and these games are actually really good but still none of them can beat BN 3 or 5

Hmm EXE 5. I like it but not so much. The only thing I liked the most about it was its sheer difficulty. Everything else just felt so constricting. Like the loss of the "stage chips", watered down P.A. system, semi-terrible chip codes and Dark Chips. The DS port did a slightly better job.
