Why is Kanu still playing. Its about time he makes room for a younger and more deserving player. The next world cup is in Africa and the Nigerian team should be building towards this by trying out new players. Nigeria needs to mount a real challenge after the underachievement of the last couple of years and overreliance on players who are at the twilight of their careers is not the way forward. Nigeria needs build their team around players with hunger and desire who have a point to prove.
