Okay well your already wrong in your first couple of statements, as you can't have a 'split timeline' since adult link at the end of OoT(still being the hero of time and being link) is sent back 7 years into the past (now being young link again, but still the hero of time) but now doesn't have the master sword because he put it back in order to become young again. Now, you can't have an adult link timeline if the adult link does not exist due to him becomming young again lol... GG

miyamoto didnt state that a link to the past occurs before the nes games. He said the opposite but Nintendo of America ignored that and made the claim. ALso wheres four swords and four swords adventures?

Also I did it for a contest and it was alright to not have 4 swords on the list. I will add it when I make another timeline. The next timeline will unfortunately come out when the new Zelda game for the Wii will be out.

Because in that interview he does say "Ocarina of Time is the first story, then the original Legend of Zelda, then Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, and finally A Link to the Past. It's not very clear where Link's Awakening fits in--it could be anytime after Ocarina of Time"

Yes he is. When Ganondorf touched the triforce in the Sacred Realm he took on the form of his inner heart (a big boar). When in the Sacred Realm he always remains Ganon, but when he exits the Sacred Realm he can transform back and forth between the two forms whenever he'd like.

The trident would still very well exist in both timelines, but even if it was lost at sea there, or was crafted after Twilight Princess there is no reason to believe it is the same trident. The appearence and powers seemed to have changed between the two tridents. I would never deny A Link to the Past going after Twilight Princess, nor the Four Swords Trilogy going in order. But I the Four Swords trilogy and A Link to the Past seem unrelated to me.

Great Timeline! It lacks the FS games (and Navi's Trackers, if you count it, it plays between WW and PH). I have nearly the same timeline, but I tried to put the games you extracted from the timeline into one of the two split halves, but there are gaps in my argumentation.

Also, we don't know if Ganondorf is really dead after TP, maybe theSword just stopped the evil energy? Resurrection could happen after by lifting the Master Sword.

Thanks. I am planning on making another timeline that fills some holes in this one and includes the FS games. As soon as ST and the new wii one comes out, I will probably have a somewhat complete timeline.

No, A Link to the Past happens after the Imprisoning War. But the Imprisoning War happens in both timelines, about 7 years after the Great Deku Tree is poisoned. Because in both timelines Ganondorf attacks Hyrule and is eventually imprisoned.

I don't think the Master Sword is the Picori Blade. They each have different backgrounds. The Master Sword was made to protect the Triforce and banish evil. The Picori Blade was created by the Minish for the sole purpose of ending the long war.

As for the light force, I'm pretty sure it's a power; not the Triforce. The light force gets inherited whereas the Triforce chooses people.

You even see Zelda using it in OOT (prophetic dream & beam of light used at Ganon) and TP (healing Midna).

The original Master Sword is lost at sea so the Minish create a new sword modeled after it? That could work, it could also explain why there wasn't a Temple of Time.

Sorry! I feel dumb. I guess I wasn't paying too much attention when it said it could be modeled after the Master Sword. I still want to stand by my light force idea though. Though if your idea was true, it would explain why they never talk about the Triforce even though there are pictures/carvings of it in the game.

Although the GBA version is considered "cannon" due to more accurate translation, I don't consider the palace of the four sword cannon. Then again, you have a good point. But how did Ganon get from the shrine where the four sword is kept to the Golden Realm?

Ganon dies in ALttP, which comes before the oracle games in my timeline.

I think that Ganon and Ganondorf are the same person, but I also think that Ganon can live while Ganondorf is dead. Ganondorf is killed by the master sword, and Ganon is killed by the Silver Arrows.

Also, the twinrova said "we'll come back to haunt you!!!" in OoT after you defeat them. I think that allows the Oracle games to come after the adault ending. In my own timeline theory, the Gameboy games(OOx, LA) take place when the Hero in the legend of the Wind Waker is gone and is separated from the elements that made him a hero.
