Really nice phone. No problems, touchscreen great, Amazing Camera!!!!!!

The glyde is a phone and you get used to, if I use it it feels laggy but I think it's because i'm used to my dare.

My brothers Glyde( my old phone) is glitching up, there might be new firmware, but idk.

Hmm that's wierd, i got the same update and i use a pencil or any object to touch it sometimes when i'm at school, it works for me.

No, it dosent matter what kind of condition. Just as long as the screen cam be seen and the phone is funtional.

No you DONT get a new phone. They hook you phone up to a computer and it gets updated.

You have to go to a verizon store to get update.

NO YOU DONT NEED BI29 to get this. You go there tell them you want the update they give you the latest one( this one)
