I have the same motherboard with the same beeping sound. After careful analysis, it turns out my RAM is defective. Change your RAM and it will work like a charm. Good luck!
Did you Tried to Clean out the connecting edge of the RAM? try using Denatured Alcohol and Some pencil eraser, it might Help. also Check the Cabling of the Hard Drive if you've replaced it, also do not forget to check the jumper cables.
@Bonethugz4lyfe I'm sorry you're make little mistake. It can be CPU problem. RAM connection to CPU. Glad i have gigabytes motherboard with dual BIOS. If it was able to turn on motherboard then it is not the chipset problem.
@Dumby47 that was long ago, they don't change technology and BIOS for 20 years. I'm sorry you're wrong about Gigabyte because i have Gigabyte LGA 1156 intel i3 and it work really good. No problem motherboard.
no wonder your computer beeps look at that shitty repair job try to do better and your hard drive is beeping not your ram the hard drive is jammed or dead
Thanks for this video. I'm having the same problem. I just replaced the hard drive in an HP Pavillion a620n PC, and installed Windows XP. I shut it down and unplugged it to screw the HD in securely and put the case back together for the tower and then this happens. ugh. HP piece of crap lol
you could try cleaning the mobo and stuff especially the dram slots since you replaced the ram. there might be stuff inside it making a short or something
so what if it is 6 short beeps ?? i have tried power supply but when i put ram bak in my pc wont start . replaced ram but still the same is there any other solutions ???
You might have a faulty power supply unit or a failure somewhere on the system board. I encountered that code myself with a system I acquired last week, and it turned out that the power supply it was using was faulty. However, long beeps can sometimes indicate that there is a short circuit on the mainboard, which can sometimes result in a fire.
hhaahahahah i have the same computer and i fixed it yesterday and im only 12 but i know how to fix it im not an ass so what you do is take off the cpu fan and clean it then make sure all the screws on the motherboard are tite and put it all back then it should be good GL
usually this means that the ram is not seated correctly, but in this case since you have reseated the ram and replaced the ram i would say that the problem is the motherboard look around for the little black chips on your motherboard usually near the front of the computer case for ram. if you see black or brown on either the top or the solder points, you will need another motherboard. this usually happens when you have the ram incorrectly seated and turn the power on to your pc. not worth fixing
it beeps becouse .. like some one sead u messt with it .. try doing this .. check the chip thing in the back make sure its on .. master .. and wen logging in to your pc ... press f2 for setup ... and make sure the computer is readding corectly the ram
i had that problem, u need to press the ram down, or trying to desinstaling the motherboard an than installing it again(just to make sure veything is plugged) or try buying new ram, right now i cant remember wut i did to fix it
you shoulf only get that beeping noise if your RAM in knakered i.e. if youv bin messing round with it the u'v most prob static'd your RAM so u'l need a new 1!
sound cards, graphics cards and RAM chips are very sensitive to static.

For all of you that have this problem in the future, it's one of three problems.
1. You have the wrong ram.
2. You didn't push it down hard enough. It actually requires some force to snap it in.
3. You shorted your ram stick and or motherboard because you were not grounded to a metal object before taking it out/putting it in.
