That's good you got to bring Amelia with you into your new home. That's good that the cats stay inside. I've actually never thought about whether apts would allow indoor/outdoor cats to roam freely throughout the grounds outside. Mine doesn't allow any kind of pets, but I do see a few cats roaming around.
