hey, sorry it took me so long to respond. I spoke with one of the two guys who composed all the original music for that 70s show. His name is Ben Vaughn. He told me that he created that song from the spot. It sounds similar to some songs we may have heard from the 70s, but that is on purpose. He purposefully chose chords that sounded familiar to songs from the 70s. However, in reality, he told me, that this is no actual song. Only that he composed it. I hope this helps!
