  • where is this?

  • @thetarget Tanjong Katong.

  • smoking hot

  • Volvo B10M MKIII?

  • @augpeh Yes.

  • GEYLANG !

  • china drivers

  • flood in singapore? Nooooo!

  • It's not easy for the bus driver to know how deep the flood is. The police / SCDF and PUB should have a flood response unit deployed in flooded areas to direct traffic away. If they had, there would have been far fewer instances of cars drowned by floods.

  • Looks more like the inlet manifold kena choked by water rather than a traction problem. Your engine still runs even when you're on neutral and stationary and the exhaust is an indication of insufficient oxygen for combustion.

  • no grip so cant move?

  • tanjong katong road

  • @geraldlkc. Bopian, low lying area. With drain also sometimes flood. Now better already.... Maybe got people compliant.

  • @geraldikc. Bopian, low lying area so with drain also flood. Now better already

  • bus 0 - flood 1

  • It's near my school cchms! Everytime flood

  • @Nepo35 then ask your MP and GRC ppl to do something abt it lor...their pockets ARE very deep...

  • what is this driver thinking? he is not the duck tour!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Water go inside the engine lor, usually white smoke means got water.. If me then I rev it hard for a while see still got white smoke a not, if still have then have to call it a day ler.

  • lol this is nothing compared to snow and ice in canada

  • This shows that SBS doesn't change the tires of the buses~

  • @bloe626 It has got nothing to do with the tires. The smoke came out from the exhaust.

  • haiya....oid bus can srab eardy haaaaaaaaaaaa

  • haha if you slow motion the video of the bus it still would be the same

  • Now. i know this bus is rear wheel drive and do not have traction control..

  • @dog155065 Rear wheel drive, but mid engine. For your info, those smog came out from the exhaust.

  • awsome burnout haha

  • hahah kay kiang. haha

  • @nevoster Can't be helped, they were rushing and in need of buses at that point of time.

  • Why got flood?

  • @GalaxyMaster99 It's due to the heavy downpour which happened earlier on that day.

  • @leedaocheng No, it took place at Tanjong Katong.

  • bas or boat ?

  • Oh...I tot 157

  • Is that bus 157?

  • @Jawang98 197.

  • is this a race bus?

  • @kevintww No, it is a public bus.

  • this is dangerous though,it might explode anytime or not...lol i not pretty sure, but if it was me,i won't know what to do...

  • @monkeylzh4713 Nah. Volvo B10M Mk3 are meant to (almost) last forever. Its the Citaros that might explode if water enters the exhaust pipe of the bus

  • the bus driver is actually rasing his engine.. which is correct thing to do.. unless u want water all in ur engine..

  • thats not a bus... its a bumboat with working wheels!

  • I wish my truck does that :D*

  • lol the smoke thing keep coming out

  • haha reminds me of a Formula1 car doing a burnout haha

  • wow the bus engine... anw imagine a kub passing there...

  • @andrewpuay555 KUB can have its air suspension pumped to the max. The bus can go as high as you expected.

  • @ElevationLowJJ wats KUB?

  • @ultravox557 KUB is a way of addressing majority of the SBS Transit's Scania K230UB in Singapore.

  • @ElevationLowJJ oh, the new handicapped bus ar?

  • @ultravox557 Yes, majority of the single deck on the road.

  • This bus should be de-register but SBS Transit gave it a year life extension...

  • I'd suggest people driving vehicle especially buses armed with leveling system(pneumatic suspension/airbags) to lift their vehicle to the max height should any of such situation occurs.

  • Lol imagine what will happen if people inside the bus have some urgent thing to do

  • @thompsonong That is what happened to me. I could not do nothing but to stand there and watch. I was being dismissed halfway on-board my bus journey due to road closure 100 meters away from the right hand side of this video clip.

  • No traction.

Makes a good water play area behind the bus though. =D
