This is a great demonstration. Another video I just watched, someone said not to put the tip in the well, which confused me. Of course you have to get the tip in the well, but don't shove it in : )
because of this video I figured out what mistakes I did and why my gel didnt work at the UV camera, Im gonig to take those advices to make it better the next time
