  • ya vul!! putten sparken.

  • all right guys it's time to rebuild the engine.

  • this sucks

  • I cannot believe some of the spastics that reply to things like this. I swear they should have to have an IQ and tuning knowledge test before you can reply. People have no idea what they are typing. Can't believe some people don't believe the power either...

  • how can a car reach that HP power 1000+ ,,, turbo , intercooler , high compretion pistons, tunned camshafts , tunned exhaust , race filter for intake air , headers, chip & mega square ... all these wont reach a 1000+ hp !! what else would make that much difference in hp !!

  • @abu6afili There is a video on youtube in what dragcar the engine is,if you type this you will see it: Mathias stenströms BMW VOLVO

    7.1sec 1/4 mile

  • @abu6afili The size of turbo, alot of boost (like 40psi), tricky cams and fuel supply basiclly make the power, the rest is to hold it all together.

  • In 1982 Williams F1 team pulled out 1380Hp from a 1.4 litre 16valve BMW engine So why wouldent this engine tvise the size do 1500?? Excuse my bad spelling

    Im swedish

  • @drumheadzz

Nope that wasn't Williams it was BRABHAM. It was the BT52 model which Nelson Piquet became champion with in 1983.Brabham BMW BT52, the car was designed by the engineering genius Gordon Murray who also designed the Brabham "Fan Car" in 1978,the McLaren MP4/4 (which won 15 out of 16 races in 1988) and last but not least the McLaren F1 roadcar in the 90's

PaulRosche of BMW used their M10/M12 1,5litre 4cyl engine which was used in BMW roadcars. Thanks to a special fuel they had 5,6bars

  • @drumheadzz

Sorry to correct you, but Williams used Cosworth engines in 1982 and 1983. Honda 1984-1987. Renault 1989-1997.

The first Williams-BMW was in 2000.

Anyway the M10/M12 four cyl engine was designed back in 1961 for roadcars. BMW used old blocks with lots of miles in them because they knew these had been cast so well they would never break.

In fact the M10/M12 BMW engine has been selected as one of the 10 best engines ever made by a jury of highly respected motorjournalists.

  • this ebgine is NOT1507 hore powers!

  • BMW & Japs inline 6 engines are the best!

  • Agreed!

  • srry but when it comes to power blown 572 big block ownd them .or search for a 771 whici is like a locomotive engine :)))))) raw power

  • @barthoedemaker jap suck

  • @DestoveI how you know japs sucks? The 2JZ and RB26 engines are capable of more power than BMW ever dreamed of..

  • @barthoedemaker There exist no Nissan rb26 motor stronger than this turboed BMW M3 motor. And if this is a ridicelous discussion about that Japan makes the most superior motors, i need to mention that the Toyota 2jz was constructed by German engineering firm Johann A. Krause Maschinenfabrik GmbH.

  • @bbajas Indeed very rediculous assumption. Just look at the german DTM and other race series that the germans ran over the years and you will find that Alfa Romeo who ran 155,s 156,s beat them many times and won many championships! Its all in the history books!

  • @barthoedemaker The 2JZ-GE/GTE engines were originally designed in Germany. OOOHHHH-

  • @cantbsdave yes could be, Hitler used to work with the Japanese in ww2

  • or 1600 usa rwhp :)

  • be nice to see the dyno sheet.

Whats the turbo and what time/mph has it run on the 1/4 mile?

  • The turbo is a FI-91X. Borg Warner based units.

  • At the end, did this thing overheat?

  • it is 2hp

  • was that an s50?

  • and how much power has it without pouring water on the i/c?

  • man.. you must be kidding. No space has a 7 series to fit in either. :D

  • This was a fine sound:)

  • I think this is not 1507 maybe max 1000

  • You think alot for knowing so little.

  • it is 1507!

  • it would have been nice tho see the graph!!!!

  • That intercooler looks big enough to fit on a Mack Truck 18wheeler!

  • watch out for a bent con rod...

  • 1507hp @ 8500 rpm

    1357nm(1010lb/ft) @ 7600 rpm

    3.5bar(50psi) Boost

  • elakt!

  • lmfao.

  • Thats pretty scary lol

  • who is the dyno graph ???
