so sorry you are struggling! You do look beautiful so I hope you can get the inside feeling as good as the outside looks! Best WIshes as you venture in to mommyhood. Good luck and keep us posted!!! Shannon
Good luck at the Dr's. I just went this morning for my 1 year blood work, hope it all comes back ok, I am a little worried because I am practically at my stretch goal, and I still lost 8 this month...
I hope your visit went well. Sorry your having so many problems, but, is it wrong that I laughed when you told your story about the dumping? Figures! It was your body saying "Nope, Nope! I'm going to make you suffer!"
Yes, vitamins are so, so important. I have lots of pain and inflammation in my joints, and I am trying to change the way I eat to try to get some relief. My muscles also hurt and gets stiff very easy. I hope, that by changeing the way I eat, all of that will soon be history! My guess is that all of the problems and pains I have in my body is due to lack of proper nutrition for decades, when I had anorexia... Trying to reverse the damages now! :)
So sorry you're having such a rough go of things but hang in there... you've come so far! Also a great video for other postopers who are just starting out on how important it is to take our supplements even years after and even if we are feeling great! I hope your health improves soon and that you're feeling better sooner (bad grammar but that's ok...lol).
I had my gallbladder out years before I had a lapband. I get dumping syndrome every day-comes out as water that is neon yellow. I get it if I eat too late in the AM, or if I eat sugar, pickles, or drink too much water. It doesn't help me lose weight either! lol. I haven't had a charlie horse in my stomach yet. I hope I never get one of those! It will get better though. It takes a long time to get your vitamin levels up, but you'll start feeling better after a few more months or so.
im soo glad you made this video. I have been bad about taking my vitamins. Ive gone with out them for weeks at a time. I will deffinatley take my vitamins starting tomorrow and for now on. Thanks again. you look very beautiful. Ann
Charlie Horse ????????????? I'm Claire from Cheshire in the U.K and have NO idea what one of these are ? i had a gastric band last year and have lost 5 stone so far ,sometimes i wish i'd had a bypass as it seems slow at times but then i watch u (i've watched ALL your videos ) and i do think that although the bypass is quicker ,u do seem to get far more problems with ur health in general . so i hope u are ok and things improve ...I think u are great x Claire
The term "charley horse" is also used to describe simple painful muscle cramps in the leg or foot, especially those that follow strenuous exercise. These muscle cramps can have many possible causes including hormonal imbalances, dehydration, low levels of potassium or calcium in the blood, side effects of medication, or more seriously, diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and neuropathy. They are also a common complaint during pregnancy.
hi it's Claire here again ,it's 4.25 in the morning here and i can't sleep . I just wanted to say how surprised i was and nice it was to receive a reply from u so soon ,i really wasn't expecting u to even read it let alone reply !! I know u must have zillions of messages each day so thanks Hun ,u are very sweet ...Claire x
Hang in there. I am 10 years out. I had my second child 2 year after and you would be surprised how well you take care of yourself when you know you have a little baby inside. I did not have any problems. My 2nd child weighed 8.6 lbs, and my 3rd weighed 8 lb.s They are very healthy and have had not problems. I have to say I did gain ALOT less with my two pregnancies which were after GB. So hang in there. It can't rain forever. :o) (Lyrics from a song I like)

And great job on losing 70 pounds! I do think if I could go back I would have had the band so I think you made the right choice.
