  • Aussie Aussie Aussie oi oi oi!! From a fellow Aussie Mum of a suspected Aspie boy aged 4.5 :-) p.s :you're sons manorisms are almost exactly like my son's.. He talks with his hands alot and has the same intonation of speech as your son.. It's so cute!

  • What a cutie! <3

  • Shoot me for this but... If you hadnt put 'autistic' in the title then how would we have known. Seems like a lively, talkative 7 year old. Sorry, but i'm rather a non believer in autism spectrum disorders and I live with a boy who has been diagnosed asd. I think all sort of other personality 'disorders' and behaviour problems get lumped into ASD or ADHD and then mediacated. Keeps the drug industry going I suppose.

  • So aspergers....right

  • He looks all normal to me..even above normal compare to some normal kids at his age. Nothing wrong with him. Do not label him with HFA.. All kids are different..

  • Hi jeremya6388

Thanks for your message! I'm glad you are doing great. Have fun with your flower arrangement course.

  • YOU ARE LUCKY HE CAN SPEAK

  • Lovely and cute boy

  • Don't you just love internet doctors, and unsolicited advice.

  • His bumblebee jammies are super cool. Transformers are the best.

  • I did not believe in autism until I gave birth to my son and he taught me autism is real. For all u skeptics who think parents rather get a disability check to sit in a waiting room several hours a weeks while their child is getting therapy to learn skills other kids are born with, think again. i could think of a lot of other ways we would like to spend our time and money.

  • Vanessasky21

Yes he quotes all the time! Especially on the trampoline. I thought my boy has aspergers but ?? Apparently not...

  • he reminds me a bit of my son. does he imitate lines from movies a lot? my son does, a lot. he has hundreds of lines from movies memorized. my son has aspergers, and he is five.

  • my nine year old is just the same love them x

  • AWWWW hes soo cute he seems to be doing very well with autism, "yeah i have an itchy nose i cant scratch it", that was adorable

  • Looks like mild fetal alcohol syndrome to me, not autism.

  • get his vitamin and mineral levels tested (via blood test) and give supplements to balance him. Put him on a high quality probiotic like from Klaire Labs. Put him on 1,000IUs of VitD3-- the 3 is important. His behavior will get much worst, peak at two weeks-- then you'll have a new boy!!

He reminds me so much of my boy. Email me if you want to chat. Goodluck with your gem of a boy!!

  • @MaryCampbell22

Thanks for that info on probiotics... i know nothing about it. His behaviour is quite good except for his anger at times. And he doesn't understand why. As i said below he is just a lovely boy most of the time.

  • Hi, can I ask you how old he is, and when he started talking? My son is 4y old dx with Autism HFA, and is very social and communicative like yours, but I think we have some issues in the terms of oral apraxia... Maybe your answer can help us understanding his speech delay. Thank you so much!

  • @mammafrigo

Our boy is almost 9 now, he was 7 in the video.

He spoke limited words around the age of two and still gets a little muddled with speech. He does get rather cranky and doesn't deal with his anger well. But these days it's misunderstandings in social scenes for him that can be hard for him. All in all he is a lovely, sensitive boy who probably acts a few years younger than he is. We hope to see a psycologist next year. I hope i'm of some help, although probably not much?

  • My best advise is stick to a firm routine... Dont be soft with your parenting. Visual planners are great too as they know what to expect for the day & social stories. A trampoline has been great for my boy, he gets on it 3 or 4 times a day!

  • You are very luck, your child looks pretty good. My sister has a child with autism and has been so difficult for her, more having 2 more babies to take care for. My little child can not speak very well, can you give me some advices. Pls

  • he's sweet, seems totaly normal to me :) very interesting and special child :)

  • what was the diagnosis criteria ? I don't really see any autistic traits in him

  • @zarehara i am curious too

  • He is absoloutly adorable!! I totally get him as My little brother acts in very simular ways. He's lovly! X

  • @multisnootylives1 what the hell is wrong with you? No one is 'retarded'. I think that people with HFA are more smart than neurotypical. They are placed in advanced classes and have a powerful mind. He is very well functioning. Grow up.

  • @multisnootylives1 Fuck you asshole 'HE' is MY brother. He is NOT a retard!

Why would you comment on this when you obviously know nothing about this subject? You're just PATHETIC.

  • Comment removed

  • @multisnootylives1 Who do you think you are calling some one a retard when u have no clue!! thats just seriously rude and that Kid is super smart trust me I know!!

  • @multisnootylives1 I think it's pretty clear that the only retard around here is YOU!

  • @multisnootylives1 wow. that is the most pathetic comment i have ever read. grow the fuck up. now if you excuse me, i'm going to poke fun of 4kids tv's dubs.

  • My son is very much like that on his good days, on his bad days he is less cooperative in conversation. Recently his meltdowns have become very physical.

  • He looks so normal to me with no autism or any thing.

  • he dosent seem autistic at all. hows he doing?

  • He's beautiful, and reminds me of my son, very animated and full of joy!! You must be so proud of him xx

  • He is so clever! and funny!

wich therapy are you usil? are you doing any diet?

when do he start to talk like that answering questions?

    Thank you

    An

  • @annabh25 Hi ... Thanks for your lovely comments. We have used no therapy in particular. We just have been to seminars and read books.... and also early intervention from 2 years old. Pictures and visual and verbal instructions have helped too. We got him in to a daycare centre early on to be around other children as well. He loves the trampoline and is on it every morning and afternoon. He answers well most of the time only referring to something else if he doesnt understand.

  • Love it. He reminds me of my 5 year old son with pdd-nos. Same facial expressions, mannerisms, way of talking, smile, etc etc.

  • @jrnmomify Thanks for your comment, that"s very interesting that your son is similar huh? :)

  • lol, Mackie's
