i agree that it's difficult to play high past the 20th fret but I use others guitars for that type of playing. this is strictly a mellow low tone jazz guitar. For other higher octave stuff I use an older Epiphone Sheraton. This is what it is. Not very versatile but perfect for that fat jazz tone.
I bought one these a little over a year ago.I have a lot of other guitars but I needed the quieter more big body mellow tone for a club I play that requires two "diner" sets before you crank it up.This guitar is perrfect for what I needed. the type of stuff I use it for is more George Benson than Jimmy Page so it's fine. I was looking for the lower tones. The quality is excellent for less than $500.00. Great tone.I run it through a VOX VT30 amp.mic'd through the PA a little.
Got one, great action for the price, sounds unbelievable on a Fender 410.

i would only get one of these cos i'm too cheap to spring for a gretsch or gibson brydland !

how comfortable is on the higher frets? i mean 18th fret 20th.. 22nd? is it easy to play on those frets?

@ta3itzis the highest fret that is comfortable on mine is the 18th. higher than that is basically impossible. cutaway just isn't deep enough
