Last year, KRS-One confirmed, "The movie kind of collapsed. I spoke to Talib Kweli, who was supposed to be playing Scott La Rock and I was going to coach him through that but then the movie collapsed on his end.

@MilitiaStudios I spoke to Biz Markie yesterday because the movie was supposed to be called The Vapors and asked Biz 'What's up?' I guess they didn't get the response they wanted. A press release was sent out that didn't have anything [confirming the production], but it got people hyped and supportive but no money came with it. Thats the last I heard."

I know they'll touch on the Juice Crew/ BDP  battles but I wonder if they'll talk about the other battles Roxanne/ UTFO ("Roxannes Revenge"), MC Shan/ LL Cool J ("Beat Biter"), Shante/ Steady B ("Fly Shante"), Kool G Rap/ whoever he was talking about in "Poison" ("that fat rap sap sucker") etc.

Nick Cannon is going for the role of Scott la Rock and Chris Brown is also interested according to the clip. I don't know if THEY were born yet in 88... OK, maybe Nick Cannon was, but regardless - you're off base with your condescending post

my favorite member was big daddy kane,then shan and then shante.You guys are probably the same age I,am 30 plus.Remember the concordes,decades,pad n leather 3 quarters with the fat shoe strings with the black denim levis with the addidas shirts,and the ralph tresvant waves.I know you old schoolers feel me.The juice crew brings that back.Bossy you right shante was the best,especially out of the 2 roxannes .The real Roxanne was weak.I bought her tape a long time ago
