A ‘Theory’ in science is the closest ANYTHING in science can get to being called a “fact” (If you hear anyone say “it’s a scientific fact…” for anything, please hit them.), specifically:

Cells could be arranged because they're made up of atoms and molecules that can attract to each-other and sometimes react with each-other. Car parts aren't.
Cars are made out of refined and shaped metals and plastics, not rocks with iron and tin ore.
Hydrophobic forces allow the formation of a lipid bi-layer which is what cell membranes are made up of. Play with vegetable oil and water, you might learn something.
It's grotesque how quickly you jump on the phrase 'designed' in that last clip.

The reason we know, not believe, but know that things like cars, computers, spaceships, and televisions are designed is because we have seen them designed, and constructed, by people. We know who makes them, and we know exactly how, and why, they are made. But you know what we haven't seen? We have never seen a fully formed organism "poofed" into existence via supernatural forces. @baysideful Evolution has the largest amount of evidence backing it up of any scientific theory, due to the massive amount of reference points (Every cell of every organism of every ecosystem on the planet) and to the technologies of the modern era making it easier to gather data (There's more scientific data supporting evolution than there is that gravity exists: As gravity was proven beyond reasonable doubt long ago and because less data is necessary to prove that things fall when dropped.)

I love how complexity is suppose to show intelligence. In truth Intelligence is demonstrated by making systems as simple as possible and still able to get the job done. The only time where this is not true is when one creates a Rube Goldberg machine. Those are fun to watch though. You seem to have excluded the "man made things" state. You cannot use the argument that atheists have to believe the car came about naturally because clearly it didn't. To use unnecessarily complex phraseology to cover up an extremely flawed logical argument is dishonest.

But then you continue to compare them anyway.
