You are not the only one having this problem! ><; I'm really relieved to find I'm not the only one who has it. I've done mass amounts of research but sadly have not discovered a solution. Although, what operating system are you using? (XP, Vista, 7?)
Oooh, how interesting! I'll have to try that. I also found that running it in Compatibility Mode for XP Service Pack 2 helps slow it down a bit as well.
The 'accesory' is a model and has a bone : P it only works if you turn on Physics otherwise it stays still, but to move accesory's I guess you can use dummy bones : )
In addition to speeding up, your Kinect seems to be making your models' legs move all funky! :D {Tongue hopelessly twists trying to spell Project Diva Luka look-alike}
I know, I think that's just one of the Kinect's glitches : P I saw a really great video with ISAO Rin, that used Kinect and it was perfect! No shaking or anything, I don't know how they did it o.O
Haha, keep going XD you'll be able to say it one day : D
@jenden44 It really depends on what kind of kinect you're using. Like for example the Xbox Kinect is crap at reading leg movements but some weird Kinect thingy that some really rich guy who went to Japan & bought from there that cost something like $600 Aussie money (aprox 400 pound) & even THAT can't read leg movements correctly :/

@WindThemUp
Oh good! Well the only solution I have is using a tool called MMDMotionFilter which does help a bit, but not perfectly ;A;
My operating system is 7

Wow, really? : O
I didn't even know Kinect's were that expensive o.O if they are you'd think they'd be able to do a better job : P

@jenden44 With technology advancing at such a pace I think they'll nail it in couple of years.
