Yes, it would, but the only other characters of the PW era that might speak German are Franziska and Edgeworth (and my headcanon says Gant, too, but. this isn't headcanon) so...

That's actually half of what I intended here, but I wanted Edgeworth as a 'hyena' too; more like a dual role, I guess - I have him 'damage-posing' at 2:00 in reference to killing Simba too. Since Manfred 'used' Edgeworth in addition to his Scar-ish actions, I could see some.. different thing here. I dunno, it's kind of hard for me to describe.

Manfred Von Karma would definitely fit into the role of Scar especially at the end when he looks sinister.

He's corrupt to the core and would have done well in an earlier age as a corrupt official. He'd likely have become a powerful lord of some sort that everyone hates but is too strong to be taken down.

In any case, given his crooked actions in the game, I'm glad that Phoenix Wright defeated him and ensured his demise.
