The male dark elf will marry you if you complete his quest anyways. He's already in the faction, along with at least one other guy in that hold.... ._.

@NickH787 Listen its not that Bethesda messed up its just that Khajiit and Wood Elves have different traditions regarding marriage and very strict at that so getting married to a Khajiit would probably only be possible in Elsweyr.

And if you've already typed codes into the console you can use Up/Down arrow to cycle through them
