Based on the pics that I saw I could make these observations: Her hair line is not the same; she brought it up, sort of in a square-like way-this gives her forehead a more elongated look; she def. did a brow lift; she had cheek implants, giving her face a a more defined contour (not that anything was wrong with it b4); Her nose appeared to be smaller-its my opinion-guess its debatable; and her lips do seem a bit thinner. But with all that said, I can confidently say she was prettier before.

I can see that some of the pics of the before/after are more evident than others (2:57)...but some of those pics are simply a difference in eyebrow waxing and makeup tone...All in all, there is no doubt that she has had work done.
If she did have surgery, it was her nose that's it. I think the rest is makeup. Before she wore dark foundation and now she wears lighter foundation. He skin looks fresher too.

I don't see no signs of plastic surgery....she looks beautiful either way. Make-up can give that perfect plastic surgery look. Some of the photos you've compared to, were taken when she was younger. Any educated person would know that your face structure, skin.... change as you mature. There is no evidence that she had plastic surgery. Maybe you should stop being so paranoid and leave the beauty queen alone. :)

I don't think she's had anything done. This is just the power of a professional makeup artist. If you watch her makup tutorials on youtube and see her bare faced, she looks exactly the same. Haters just assume she's had work done.

and yes i would agree the power of make-up!!! different shades of light and just depending where those pictures where taken... lol there is no crime on improving you self any way! IF you had the chance would you do it... and yes hun that is what men like... no crime in that either.

@Rea18100 yeah. i know the power of makeup. but it cant make your nose look COMPLETELY different.. countouring can make your nose look tinier with a higher nosebridge but you see the before pictures she had a triangle shaped nose and the tip of the nose looks COMPLETELY different.

It's just a change in make up and the way she shapes her eyebrows. And as far as the nose goes, make up contouring techniques can completely change the way a nose looks.

Kim's gorgeous with or without make up. I hate it when stunning celebs ruin their features with plastic surgery. If you look at Katie Price before plastic surgery she was beautiful! Don't get me wrong she is beautiful now but 10 years ago she was naturally stunning without make up.
