after i left that live show, Tera Melos was my favorite band, and i had never even heard of them.

I agree, not sure why you were negged. You can really see the similar themes in this song and a song like 1-800-Ghost Dance. They're two of my favorite bands, and I think it's cool to see two groups as revolutionary in their style as them coincidentally having a lot of similar ideas.
