There is no such thing as a "street legal" quad. If it has 4 wheels that simultaneously touch the ground, it has to have seat belts, etc. I'd like to hear the government's logic/reasoning on how/why, 3 wheels are safer then 4. The laws of reality & common sense, haven't yet caught up with the DMV, Federal Transportation agencies, etc & street legal quad groups are not a big lobbying force. It's more profitable to just ticket/tow, "street legal" quads then legalize them.
