The traffics in VN is extremely bad, there is no fast lane or slow lane.. everyone is out for themselves.. they even drive or ride on side walk...there is no laws for padestrian and your insurance in US is not cover over there.. bicyclists cut you off at anytime they want.. I think the Taxi drivers in VN are the best driver in the world because they have to deal with this type of driving condition every second of the day... i hope you travelers out there please be kind and give them good tips...

To answer hamtaro205's question...I'm really not sure what part of Ho Chi Minh City we were in because I wasn't aware of the sections of the city. All I can say is that we were most likely a few miles from the airport. I hope this helps.

There are 27 million registered motorcycles in the country. Stateside, I saw maybe 10 in three months. Maybe we should convert to electric bikes.
