no actually, thats an alto melodica and you are supposed to play the black keys with the left hand. Thats why the keys are set up that way. The keys on a tenor melodica are arranged more like a traditional keyboard.

So long as you're using the proper orifice I'm pretty sure it's not too hard to screw up. I'm sure you noticed it has a similar setup to a piano or keyboard. Ironically, pianos or keyboards are also largely hard to screw up so long as you're using the proper appendages.

OK, sorry guys. You are correct that I have never played a wind instrument. But at the same time, if I ever tried to learn, the first thing I would do would be to learn to circular breathe. It seems like it would be something you could practice anywhere, right?
