Hicks according to the PM has not commited any act of treason, nor had he broken any other Australian laws.
I am on the side of justice... Where all persons are treated (by ourside) with equal rights and are entitled to fair and just treatment.
The other side is that of criminals, bigots and hypocrits.

It is surprising how much evidence is kept back, especially about the 5th September 2001. Having a fair trial is a good concept but is unlikely to happen this century. The video shows people do not care that much one way or the other. There are many people who plead guilty to something they have not done, under pressure.

Never said he was innocent so try to keep up. His guilt or innocence is not the issue. The issue is about justice. and still is. Saddam was hanged for executing people convicted as guilty of crimes far worse than that which Hicks pleaded guilty to. Hopefully one day George and Johnnie will pay for their crimes against humanity.

Saddam was executed for crimes against humanity relating ONLY to the execution of 132 (i think that was the figure) Iraqis convicted in trials that breached the Iraqi constitution. They were tried for crimes relating to an assasination attempt on Saddam. LOOK IT UP. We are not talking about what he committed but what he was convicted for.

I've not heard this one before... You seem to know a lot about it! Is it something you are involved in? I know there are radical Christian groups.... This is exactly the point I was putting to Richmond... Just because someone happens to say they are of a particular religion doesn't mean they are representative of the religions true beliefs.
