If can get the thing unsnapped, try some vaseline or WD40 (oil) in the button hole, it will help. the handle, I'd unwrap it and replace the grip with parachute chord in case want to throw it like Bo Shuriken and retrieve it ( scorpion.) Plus rope will help when want to throw and release it for longer distance strikes. Glad to see they actually make 10 inch kunai...was worried all they had were throwing knife version ( 3 inch throwers in sets of six).
