Lets look at the prices, Molding pieces- $120, Liquid Plastic- $30, Time finishing off with dremel (and some bondo maybe)- $40, Time put into this( approximately more than 1 day for curing time and finishing paint job)- $30. Put this all together and you get to spend 30+40+30+10(mold piece expenses)= $110 per ray gun/winters howl, and that's without shipping if you want it world wide. So, I think that this might be something you might want to look into imitcortez. Good luck!

Also, if he wants to finish up the painting and fixing up the imperfections in the molds like the mold line or uneven shapes, It may take more time to make it, and as most of you know, time is money. These props will NOT be cheap, they will be at LEAST 70 dollars, and at MOST 180 dollars. And this is all just for the ray gun and winters howl. Continued in other comment,

OK, guys, listen. Molds ARE going to be expensive. UNLESS he can sell 25 molds for about 70 dollars, and thats just the ray gun. The molding process takes 2 layers, The rubber layer, and the Fiberglass sand resin shell layer. that's about 180 dollars right there. The cheapest liquid QUALITY plastic that i could find is smooth on and that is about 30 dollars per gallon. about 1 gallon can make about 3 -4 ray guns/winter howls. (continued in other comment)
