Pumas can be very sweet but few could have them as a pet. This is video from an animal sanctuary. I love watching cuddly videos but I'd never think of having one as a pet. There are many suffering animals because people take them as pets and don't have the experience to train them, don't have the money to care for them, don't have the room to provide for them, don't have the time to pay attention to them, or abandon them if they turn out to be defensive (they are wild animals) and not cuddly.

Yes, you shouldn't consider being a Mommy or Daddy to a Puma unless you are a wealthy and patient hermit in a rural area with several acres of high-fenced property on which there is a pond or pool.
