SMOKING marijuana can in theory hurt ur lungs, due to the SMOKE not the marijuana itself, if you use a vaporizer or eat food with marijuana in them. your lungs arent affected in any way.

Can it give you a cough yes, does it make you run a mile maybe a little slower if you do it for 10 years everyday sure- but in comparision to even foods we eat daily that is nothing compared to the beneficial properties. That is the balance scale for all medicine and clearly this one should not even be over the counter.
