I don't get it ... Did Troy actually sign the photo as his hair?

@jbstrojan Troy signs his own pictures when people ask him, BUT, I sign my own. I throw it in the outbound mail pile, so I technically make Troy pay for postage. Hair isn't known to have the dexterity necessary to navigate the U.S. postal system.
