I'm glad your interested in simple healthy foods, the old saying about an ounce of prevention that you follow deserves my respect.. as for all the varied benefits I'm experiencing from omega-3 fish oil, I can honestly say my skin is much healthier looking, my memory is noticeably improved, and my joints are not nearly as stiff or as sore as they were before.. I take on average three times the minimum recommended dose.. Bless
