lol...too american for me...It's pronounced "lin-gui-sa" (linguica), and by the way.. should have used chourco instead....I have the recipe for anyone who wants it. This is a little to american for my taste.. but I guess for people who don't know how to make it , they wont know the difference.
i dont like this recipe, but if your just learning it, then you can probably think for yourself and spice it up with other stuff... they didn't say liguica right....
Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)
this is a great dish! but the recipe in this vid is not the best way to make it... firstly, instead of using water, one can use a good chicken stock... secondly, you saute the sausage in the olive oil then take them out and then saute the onions and garlic in the olive oil and sausage drippings..
LOLOLOL YA RIGHT PEOPLE SHOULD REALLLLLLY DO SOME RESEARCH BEFORE SAYING THEYRE DOING SOMETHING< THAT IS REALLY OFF THIS IS BAD LOLOLOL

There are many videos at YouTube showing the right and original recipe.
